The brand’s latest Potenza Sport will be put to the test, in AUTA 2022.
Curious to see how Bridgestone’s latest high-performance tyre, the Potenza Sport, fares against its competitors? We’ve got great news for you, as Bridgestone has just confirmed the entry of the latest and greatest Potenza for Asia’s Ultimate Tyre Awards (AUTA) 2022.
Marketed with the tagline ‘Better Never Settles’, we can’t wait to see how this new high-performance rubber fares against stalwarts such as the Pirelli P-Zero. Compared to its predecessor, the Potenza S007A, the Potenza Sport is claimed to have been improved in several aspects, including high-speed stability and wet cornering. This is achieved with several new and innovative technologies, in not just tread pattern design, but also tyre compound and construction.
If you drive an SUV or CUV, or high-performance tyres aren’t quite your thing, we’ve got you covered too! Bridgestone has also confirmed the entry of their highly rated Alenza 001, a premium SUV tyre.
With the vast majority of SUVs in Singapore spending their entire lives traversing urban jungles rather than actual ones, why bother with off-road tyres? With extra emphasis placed on aspects such as wet grip and braking performance, the Alenza 001 has been designed specifically to make city driving in SUVs a much more pleasant experience. It’s been engineered exclusively for use by SUVs, with sizes available for popular SUV models such as the Toyota Harrier and Subaru Forester.1 comment
